Features:

1. Advance vacuum dehydration system, pressure filters, oil water separator and high precision filters. The water content less than 5 ppm and filtering precision less than 1 micron

2. Stainless steel coarse filters, anti-corrosion and anti-corrupt. large capacity of holding particles, good mechanical performance, long lifetime.

1) The primary filter of stainless steel is anti-rust and anti-corrupt. It mainly removes the residual impurities which escape from the press filter, making sure the treated oil won't have any impurity when it goes into the water separator and vacuum separator.

2) The water separator mainly removes mass water from oil. After the water separator, the oil just contains the tiny water and soluble water.

3) After water separator, oil goes into the vacuum separator which adopts three-dimensional duplex evaporation and film evaporation. The tiny water, soluble water, acid, alcohol, other volatility liquid and so on can be removed completely and effectively.

4) Stainless steel fine filter, the purification hole is less than 1 Micro, which can make sure the filtered oil is completely clear.

3. Heating system safety interlock protection control, avoiding heater dry.Adjustable temperature range of 0-100℃, the heater control in multiple groups

Using the most advanced atomizing separation technology, oil atomization ≤ 50um, multiple opportunities to enhance the gas molecules and water molecules exposed to the vacuum system and extends the flowing distance in the vacuum system to ensure water and gas vaporized sufficient time to complete removal of moisture and gas

5. Oil level control, pressure control, voltage protection, phase sequence protection etc. adopts automatic control, the full realization of unmanned control.

6. Heating system adopts low-load design to ensure uniform heating oil, the load is less than 1.0W/cm2, avoiding cracking and aging of oil.

7. Advanced vacuum defoaming technology to avoid the oil ejecting and gushing during the process
