HOPU TYA Series Black Hydraulic Lube Oil Regeneration System is specially designed for filter and regenerate black lubricating oil, hydraulic oil, anti-wear hydraulic oil injection oil,turbine oil, mechanical oil, coolant oil, gear oil, heat treatment oil and so on, which need to decolor or reduce the acid-base indicators.
on the basis of the original vacuum oil filtration system, it is installed regeneration chamber with fuller's earth decoloring or deacidication additive, and verticle oil press filtration system. It can fast and completely remove the impurity
This machine can not only rapidly remove water, gas and impurities from the used oil, but also remove the free carbon, deep oxides, acid, pitch. So it can highly boost the oil’s value, restores the lubricating oil viscosity, flash point and improves the oil capability.
FEATURES:

6. It is of high automation, small size, safe and reliability.Float liquid level control system is used, which enables a man-machine separated operation, making the operation easier and more reliable.
7. Besides the common vacuum oil purifier’s function of dewatering, degassing and eliminating impurities, this machine can regenerate the seriously deteriorated oil by removing the polarity materials, such as the deep oxides, free carbon in the oil effectively.
