Hydraulic oil is a very important liquid in hydraulic transmission systems, its function is to transmit pressure, lubricate friction parts, cool, and seal in the hydraulic transmission system. During the use of hydraulic transmission systems, the performance of hydraulic oil may decrease due to mechanical losses, pollution, and other reasons, manifested as increased viscosity, decreased cleanliness, and increased water content. At this point, hydraulic oil is considered as waste hydraulic oil. If it is poured into nature at will, it will not only pollute the environment, but also cause harm to the ecology. Therefore, the treatment of waste hydraulic oil is essential.
Firstly, it is necessary to dehydrate, remove impurities, and filter the waste oil, and then utilize it in industrial fields with low equipment oil consumption, such as steel, mining, papermaking, etc. However, it is important to ensure that the composition, type, and properties of waste oil match the types of oils required for industrial activities.

Hydraulic fluid oil purifier manufactured by HOPU is capable of effectively regeneration and purifying all
types of hydraulic oils at grade ISO-VG-32, 46, 68, 100, etc… by reducing the water content from 500 ppm downto 80 ppm, and separating (removing) the free water, dissolved water, sludge, gas content and carbon from hydraulic oil.
This hydraulic oil filtration unit is also used for cleaning and filtering the other industrial lube oils such as gear oil, compressor oil, conduction oil, heavy duty gear oil, refrigerator oil, etc.. used in the power generation, hydraulic system, machinery, metallurgy, mining, petroleum, chemical industry and other fields.

HOPU Hrdraulic Oil Regeneration Machine Working Principle :
When the vacuum oil purifier is working, the contaminated oil enters the primary filter through the inlet under the action of external atmospheric pressure vacuum suction, and large particle impurities are filtered out. Then the oil enters the heater, and the heated oil enters the water separation filter. The oil undergoes demulsification and oil-water separation processes. The oil after removing part of the water enters the vacuum separator and flows through a special dispersion device. The divergent device creates a huge surface area per unit volume of oil, exposing the contaminated oil to an atmosphere with very low relative humidity, thereby removing dissolved water, air and gas from the oil. The mixed gas formed by the evaporated water vapor and gas is condensed into liquid through the water tank and cooler, and enters the water storage together. The remaining gas is extracted by vacuum. The oil with moisture removed is sent to the secondary filter element and fine filter element by the oil drain pump to remove fine impurities, which is the purified oil. A purification process is completed. Depending on the water content, multiple cycles are required to completely remove the water.
The regeneration chamber is optional , if you need to removing the hydraulic oil color and acidity, just open the regeneration switching valves.
