HOPU ZYD-M Series Mobile transformer oil filtration plant is specially designed for the completely filtration, dehydration, degassing, and particles removal of insulating oils in transformers. It provides high efficiency oil purification works including degassing, drying and particulate removal so as to increase the oil’s dielectric strength value (BDV value) and improve the physical & chemical properties comparable to new transformer oil.

1.The transformer insulation oil (also called dielectric oil) purification equipment is widely used in various transformer installation and maintenance for oil purification, hot oil circulation and vacuum pumping drying.

2. It applies to used old oil purification renewing, new oil deeper treatment and oil filling to transformer and some other electric equipment.

3. Transformer oil maintenance is the key to transformer reliability, performance and longevity. Your transformer's insulating oil should be free from moisture, dissolved gases and particles that accumulate as the oil ages.
