ZYD-M Series Mobile Trailer Double-Stage Vacuum Dielectric Transformer Oil Purifier and Filtration Machine is designed for purifying used or aged transformer oil,dielectric insulation oil, switchgear oil,tap changer oil，mineral dielectric oil，cable oil,FR3 vegetable insulating oil,and so on. It is also used for purifying insulation oil in all kinds of large power equipments,which are above 110KV, and 500 meters altitude
The system can remove the free water, soluble water,dissolved gas,big and small size particules, especially for dehydration, degassing, purification process of various kind of insulation oils, increasing the pressure force and quality of oil, improving the breakdown voltage value, making the transformers and electric device running safely.
It is very suitable for power distribution system, power grid and various companies which need to install and maintain oil-immersed transformers,de-energized transformers.
Besides the regular transformer oil purification, this machine can be also used as vacuum oil injecting and vacuum drying equipment for transformers, it is cost-effective, easy to operate.
According to fieldwork requirement, it can be easy to move to any work point by traction. It is special suitable for purifying the transformer oil which is located in different fields. Maintenance
1.Check the filter after run a long time
1.Check whether the electrical controller is safe, reliable.
2.Check whether the temperature controller is agility, reliable, nicety
3.Check whether the oil sealing of the pump exist gas leaking or oil leaking.
4.Check whether there is jamming and whether the noise is regular
5.Whether oil level controller is reliable.
Work Principle
1. Work principle &Flow chart: The oil is injected in the primary filter through oil inlet valve, when the oil purifier starts working. The big impurities are purified, and the oil including particles released into vacuum tank after heating. Under the low vacuum pressure and deaeration element, the vapor is separated from oil and vaporized quickly then condensate into water by cooler or drained away by vacuum system. The oil without any water is transferred into secondary filter and precision filter through oil pump then is eliminated all impurities. At last, we get the purified oil.
