9000LPH High Vacuum Transformer Oil Treatment Plant

HOPU 9000LPH High Vacuum Transformer Oil Treatment Plant is specially designed for the filtration, dehydration and degasification of the insulating oils including transformer oils, polybutene and silicone fluids in the ultra high voltage electrical equipments.  

Series ZYD extra high voltage (EHV) transformer oil purification machine is very powerful in abilities of vacuum degassing, dehydration and filtration for insulating oil or transformer oil. It applies to on-site transformer maintenance and deep purification of new transformer oil, imported transformer oil oil, mutual inductor oil and ultra high voltage transformer oil. It can also be used for transformer oil vacuum filling and vacuum drying operation. 

Main Functions and Performance

1)Fast vacuum dehydration, degassing and particles removal.

2)Suitable for construction, installation, maintenance and on-site inspection of large power transmission and transformation equipment.

3)Used for the deep purification of oil products from capacitors, transformers, and ultra-high voltage transformers.

4)Used for the deep dehydration treatment of oil products that require very low moisture content such as refrigerating oil for air-conditioning compressors.

5)Has the function of oil filling and replenishing for the transformer.

6)Used for oil circulation and drying of transformers.

7)Avaible to proceed vacuum pumping and vacuum oil injecting for the transformer.

8)Due to the dual-stage high-vacuum design, it is more advantageous to use at high-altitude areas.
