Characteristics of HOPU Double Stage Vacuum Transformer Oil Purification Machine
1. Mainly used for on-site maintenance of large transmission and transformation voltage equipment above 110KV and national main transformer power grids, as well as for rapid and deep treatment of insulation oils such as new oil and imported oil in large substations, as well as vacuum filtration and purification treatment of more expensive heavy oils such as new oil, imported oil, transformer oil, and transformer system capacitor oil and refrigeration oil.
2. The various indicators of the product are significantly higher than national standards. Compared with single stage vacuum oil filters, their dehydration, degassing, and impurity removal (mechanical impurities and free carbon) effects are faster and more thorough. The oil limit withstand voltage and flash point are higher, and the breakdown voltage can be increased by 35KV in one filtration, reducing the harm of oil aging caused by multiple heating in general oil filters.
