Why do you need to purify or filter your diesel oil?
Diesel Fuel oil absorbs atmospheric moisture and solid impurities during storage, transportation, and injection. Massive ineluctable water and impurities emerge into the fuel oil during manufacturing, installation, testing and commissioning process of oil pipeline (storage tank) assembling, welding, preservative treatment, scavenging, and pressure test. Mechanical impurities and free water is the harmful substances for the fuel oil. The water content and impurities shall seriously endanger engine’ s power insufficient and even flame-out to cause disastrous accident.
Massive tiny solid particles and droplets shall form stable suspension and emulsion which can not be removed by gravity deposition method. Thus the coalescence-separation oil purifier is necessary for the oil supply system.

This machine adopt the coalescence separation filter.
The coalescence filter is processed by a variety of composite materials with a special technology, It has the hydrophilic properties. It can not only filter mechanical impurities, but also can separate the emulsified water from the media by breaking, coalescing. It can coalesce into larger droplets to further the purification medium.
Oil, water and other liquid droplets are captured by the microfiber in the coalesce, these micron fibers form a tortuous path for the air flow, forcing the solid particles and liquid droplets are captured by microfiber in the inertial impaction, interception and diffusion direct interception, so the surface tension of liquid droplets coalesce into larger droplets due to gravity, and settle to the bottom of the container
Diesel Oil Water Separator Machine working introduction
1.put the machine on a place where is flatness, check whether any parts of the machine is lax, especially for the connected parts between generator and oil pump.
2. connect the power supply correctly, check whether the round direction of the oil pump is correct, if not, pls exchange the power phases.
3. connect the oil inlet pipe and oil outlet pipe tightened. Note the must tighten the oil outlet pipe to oil outlet valve, otherwise, the oil outlet pipe will be pushed off when the pressure is so high.
4. when tighten the oil inlet pipe and oil outlet pipe, open the generator, the oil pump begin to work normally, the purified oil will be fine through the filters.
5 .when need to suck the oil in another container as the oil in one container is sucked completely, pls do it as soon as possible for avoiding the oil pump running without oil for a long time. If you can not do it quickly, pls stop the machine, and when the oil inlet pipe is tightened well, start the machine.
