HOPU Stainless steel hydraulic oil recycling unit is designed for purifying the unqualified phosphate and degenerative ester fire-resistant oil and widely used in the big & medium-size thermo electrical power generation plants (specially at EH Oil System), Hydraulic Power System and chemical plants.

Maintenance of a Phosphate Ester System
The user of fire-resistant fluids must accept the need for greater vigilance with respect to fluid maintenance than is normal for conventional mineral fluids. No longer is it sufficient to periodically change filters, repair the occasional leak and top off the reservoir. On average, phosphate esters cost five times more than their mineral counterparts.

For customer choice, we also have a simple type to purify fire-resistant oil: JL-II high precision oil filtration. It has simple structure with multi-stage filters to remove particles to NAS grade 5. This machine almost could not remove water. It is suitable for customer who cares about cleanness but does not care about water content.
