ZYD-50(3000LPH) vacuum transformer oil purifier is ready for shipping to Mexico client.
Two Evaporation chamber is horizontal, the two chambers are separated, therefore the maximum utilization of degassing chamber space.
Unique technology: Atomizer is placed upside down, the oil droplet average diameter less than 30µm, to increase evaporation area and extend the degassing time. Comparing to the one- vertical chamber machine
Function:
A: removing the moisture. The final treated oil can achieve less than 3ppm
B: degassing. The final treated oil can achieve less than 0.1%;
C: removing particles. The final treated oil can achieve NAS2 Grade (Cleanliness Grade).
