All transformer's insulating oil should be free from moisture, dissolved gases and particles that accumulate as the oil ages. Even some new oils may require treatment to limit these contents to acceptable levels. The mobile transformer oil purifier can also be used as independent vacuum source with functions of vacuum drying, vacuum pumping and vacuum oiling like ZYD Series.
This oil purifier machine is made in mobile type with Mobile Trailer (single-axle and double-axle are available as per need) which can be mounted on motor vehicle to move to any outside fields by public roads to proceed the treatment works at outdoors.
And all components such as pumps, motors, filters, tanks, valves, pipelines, controls, etc… are totally enclosed and protected by steel frame cover and heavy duty doors enclosure and designed for lifting crane (equipped with lifting hooks). The equipment inside will be facilitated by a system of door locks installed at a perimeter of the enclosure.
