Fully Enclosed Container type Transformer Oil Purifier is mainly used for dealing with unqualified transformer oil, switch oil, mutual inductor oil in various large power equipments which are above 110 kV at outdoors for weather proof, sand proof, wind proof, etc.
HOPU vacuum transformer oil treatment plant is developed on the basis of Double-stage vacuum transformer oil filtration machine Series ZYD. It has the same function of quickly remove water, trace water, gas, particles as well as acetylene, hydrogen, methane and other harmful ingredients from oil effectively to improve oil's dielectric strength, effectively making sure electrical equipment working safely and normally.
This oil purifier can also be used as independent vacuum source with functions of vacuum drying, vacuum pumping and vacuum oiling like ZYD Series.
All components such as pumps, motors, filters, tanks, valves, pipelines, controls, etc… are totally enclosed and protected by steel frame cover and heavy duty doors enclosure and designed for lifting crane (equipped with lifting hooks). The equipment inside will be facilitated by a system of door locks installed at a perimeter of the enclosure.
This oil purifier is designed as customer request, installed SIEMENS brand fully touch screen PLC, online particle counter and moisture sensor, flow meter, HYDRAC brand filter element, Germany vacuum pumping system
