Introduction:
HOPU online oil particle counter, online oil pollution degree moisture detector is mainly capable of detecting the degree of particle contamination in oil and the moisture in oil.
It can online test and display degree of ISO/NAS,and PPM water content of hydraulic lubricating oil, transformer oil,insulation oil etc, so that maintenance staff could take preventive measures in early period.
The detection of particle contamination in the oil is built using a semiconductor laser. The principle of the photoresist method is used to measure the cumulative number of particles in the oil, which can conveniently detect the size of the metal particles in the oil and the flow rate of the oil. Compared with traditional classical measurement methods, it has wide adaptability.
