HOPU latest designed TY series Turbine Lube Oil regeneration machine is designed for deep dehydration of oil which contains much water (≥2%) and seriously emulsified. Dehydrate by 2 systems:coalescing and vacuum.
Coalescing remove free water by 2 kinds of special filters, vacuum remove dissolved water and emulsified water. After dehydration, there are filters to remove particles.
A: remove free water: 2 kinds of special filters. One called coalescing filter, which gather small water molecule into big water drop. Another called separation filter, which let oil flow while water drop can not flow. Water drop will fall into a tank by gravity.
B: remove dissolved water and emulsified water: vacuum distillation, water will be vapor at 40-60℃ under vacuum degree and pumped out, vapor will be water again in cooling system and discharged.
C: remove particles: we use 3 stage of filters to get cleanness up to NAS grade 6.
Application:
TY Series vacuum turbine oil regeneration machine is mainly used for purifying and recycle unqualified turbine oil,compressor oil, low viscosity coolant fluids, especially for serious emulsion turbine oil, it can quickly and efficiently break emulsification, separate water, gas, particles from oil. So that makes sure quality of treated oil to achieve new oil's standard, ensure whole turbine system work safely. This equipment use a special polymer materials as filter medium combined with vacuum separating and coalescence water separation technology to break emulsification, dewater, degas, remove acid and particles, make the badly turbid turbine oil becomes clear transparent. It is also a perfect turbine oil purification machine for live line work, and can purify low viscosity hydraulic oil and lube oil. Improve the oil quality to ensure a normal work of the generator sets adjustment and lubrication system.

7. Work online with stream turbine, hydraulic turbine,wind turbine.
