HJT-80KV Transformer Oil Breakdown Voltage Tester
HOPU HJT-80kV insulating oil BDV tester is fully automatic micro controller based system,completely self-contained,compact and portable giving smooth variable test voltage from 0 to 80 for testing the dielectric strength of insulating oil in accordance with all international standards like IEC156/ASTM D 1816/ASTM D877 specifications.

* It adopts a microprocessor to automatically complete the operations of boosting, holding, stirring, static, calculating, printing, etc., and can perform oil circulation withstand voltage test in the range of 0-80 kV.
* Large LCD touch screen. Chinese and English interchangeable menu prompts; beautiful appearance and small size.
* The instrument is easy to operate, the operator only needs to make a simple setting, and the instrument will automatically complete the withstand voltage test of 1 cup of oil sample according to the setting. The breakdown voltage value and the number of cycles of 1 to 10 times are automatically stored. After the test is completed, the thermal printer can print out the breakdown voltage values and average values.
* Instrument test execution standards include industry standards, national standards and IEC156/ASTM D 1816/ASTM D877 standards, and the operation is simple and convenient.
* With power-down hold, 100 experimental results can be stored and the current ambient temperature and humidity can be displayed.
* With over-voltage, over-current, limit and other protection to ensure the safety of operators.
* With temperature measurement display function and system clock display.
* Standard RS232 interface, can communicate with the computer.
