Description of Transformer Vacuum Pump Set
Two vacuum stage high pumping speed power transformer station vacuum drying equipment, vacuum dry out systemis mainly used to pump out the gas in a container so as to attain high vacuum. It can also be used for vacuum drying.
This set fast in startup and pumping, and thus is especially suitable for vacuumization of transformers. Besides, it can also be used for vacuumization in vacuum metallurgy, welding, chemistry, pharmacy, coating and electronic industries.

HOPU patented technology "accelerated TURBO" applied for the transformer vacuum unit
1. With the original "accelerated TURBO" technology, Roots vacuum pump and vacuum pump can be started at the same time (optional).
The advantage of this technology is to make full use of the compressed gas of the Roots vacuum pump to keep the inlet gas of the vacuum pump at the maximum allowable pressure difference at the inlet and outlet of the Roots vacuum pump, so that the Roots vacuum pump will not be damaged due to excessive load, and the pumping efficiency of the vacuum pump unit can be increased by more than 50%. Changing the angle can reduce the pumping speed of the front vacuum pump by one time, thus making it more economical. However, the roots vacuum pump of the common vacuum pump set usually needs the vacuum to reach below 4000pa before it can operate. Take Atlas GVS300 vacuum pump plus ZRS2600 roots vacuum pump as an example: the maximum pressure difference of ZRS2600 is 12000 pa, and the efficiency increases by about 11% at standard atmospheric pressure (101325 pa); 20% higher efficiency at 50000pa; The efficiency increases by 55% at 10000pa; 71% at 5000pa.
2. Energy saving and money saving (this function is available for models with PLC)
The limit vacuum of single-stage rotary vane vacuum pump is lower than 50pa, and the limit vacuum of vacuum pump unit is lower than 1pa. Most power transformers are required to vacuumize between 50-133pa, but the vacuumizing time is between 12-48 hours. When the system vacuum value is lower than the set value, the Roots vacuum pump stops running and the vacuum pump keeps running. It not only reduces the power consumption of roots vacuum pump operation, but also reduces the maintenance cost of roots vacuum pump.
Safety protection function of transformer vacuum pumping equipment
VPS vacuum unit provides the following alarm, protection and automatic shutdown functions to ensure the correct and safe operation of the equipment.
■ Motor overload protection
When the motor is short-circuited or overloaded, the thermal relay will be disconnected, the equipment will stop running, and the "motor overload" alarm indicator will light up. At this time, it is necessary to check the motor or recalibrate the corresponding thermal relay according to the motor current
■ Power supply phase loss and phase error protection
When the three-phase power supply has phase sequence error, phase loss, high voltage or low voltage, the equipment stops running.
■ Anti-oil leakage protection of vacuum pump
When the liquid level switch of the oil-gas separator detects the liquid level, the equipment stops running, and the "oil-gas separator full" indicator lights up.
■ Cooling system fault protection (water cooling unit)
When the Roots vacuum pump is running, if the circulating pump stops running or the water temperature is too high, the Roots vacuum pump will enter the protective operation mode.
